I came to Jim with a unique set of requirements for my off grid island cottage. He took the time to speak with me on several occasions to arrive at the ideal solution to suit my needs. I had a very tight timeline to pick up all the components and Jim had everything ready to go. Although I will be doing the install, Jim has also followed up, post delivery, with a few important installation considerations. It has been a pleasure to deal with him!
